Allstars

AllStars. A feminized line featuring Starkush (Nigerian Kush x Stardawg) from Topdawg Seeds. A robust, potent Stardawg hybrid. All Chem on this one, in flavor and structure.  Starkush stacks quickly and has a thin, jagged edge leaf structure reminiscent of the chemdog family. She has a very loud, herbaceous chem aroma and flavor. These crosses will bring some color and sexiness but mainly depth of flavor to the Starkush profile. The Allstar lineup is a really diverse selection of fuel paired to this classic east coast expression.  You can expect strong, flavorful plants that throw down some weight.  Beyond excited for these.  The star motif led to some planetary and celebrity references that I’m very pleased with. I wanted to find a way to include the 96 NBA Allstar game, but i’m settling to just tell you that’s the vibe. Honestly, it’s an east coast thing.

Moonbutter(Butterwolf x Starkush) Butterwolf is the most robust cross in our roster to date. Easy to trim, Extremely loud aroma and mouthcoat. Strong fuel, herbaceous with sweet strawberry and tire shop aroma and flavor. The Starkush should should bring tighter nodal spacing and bigger stacks to these Butterwolf hybrids. High potency, mouthcoat chem-fuel flavor. The Starkush is everything but pretty, the Butterwolf should add some aesthetics via large calyxes, light purpling and big, chunky, top heavy colas.

HalfMoon(GSC forum cut x Starkush). Harness the moons energy. A New York/New England Cookie.. (and any potential controversy that comes with it) This cross couldn’t be more aptly named. Expect the plant to fall somewhere between GMO and AnimalCookies. Fuel and cookies come together in this Chem cookies hybrid that is not so different from the original chem x cookies (GMO). Loud gas, tall stack, purple coloring and large bract/calyxes. Heavy yields of aesthetic, robust flower.

BreathStar(Peanut Butter Breath x Starkush). This Peanut Butter Breath cut was used in my Butter line and was hunted at scale with a team many years ago. It has been well received as flower, as a parent and also as my best friend. To its progeny it passes on its beautiful coloring as well as its curvaceous shape. Breathstar could be thought of as another reimagined GMO. This iteration falling deeper into nut and funk than its previous. The Starkush is a lot of things, but sexy is not one of them. The Peanut Butter Breath is making Starkush sexy, and we’re here for it.

RapStar(O.D.B. x Starkush). You spoke and we listened. Chem and Cheese. Dental Exams. Skunkspray. This plant has possibilities. And they are gross. Expect that loud and nasty halitosis rot that Chem heads thrive off. Sulfide heavy plant that reminds us of that first time smoking chem, sour, or OG.. The O.D.B. keeps her short and adds funk and color.

KenStarr(Swamp Thing x Starkush). Chemdog will always be the backbone of modern cannabis for me and this cross speaks to that philosophy. While Starkush brings desire and allure to skunk spray, Swamp Thing brings beauty and grace to tooth decay. This is the marriage of two foul fuel hybrids. Though from opposite sides of the spectrum. When the public image of Bill Clinton vs the reality of Bill Clinton sets in, you could say some were left with a foul taste in their mouth. Well this is that moment. This is the cross we didn’t know we needed. Kenstarr is that strong. We cleared the swamp and Built a Costco. Investigations are in and those Swamp Thing crosses hit. Bringing potency, flavor and aesthetics to everything it touches. An easy to grow structure, that needs little trimming or pruning. Finishes on time with bag appeal, flavor and potency. Plus a great opportunity to highlight a piece of 90’s history. This is politics as usual.

WorldStar(Horchata x Starkush). Horchata exists in different iterations around the world. Aptly named , the Horchata smells creamy and spiced, it is a very unique, earthy and mentholated kush like plant. Expect icy fuel, mentholated deep earth and raunchy garlic skunk. Not sure why no one wants to do hood rat stuff with their friends anymore.

SunnyBono(Snowball s1 x Starkush) Our selection of Snowball(The White x Chem OG) from Ethos Genetics was a very interesting outlier. The plant fades to a dark purple, near black on the top of the leaves and a deep red/maroon on the underside, veins and stems.  The flower remains partially green, further highlighting its deep range of expression. The frost has a sharp contrast with the dark purples and reds making for a largely frosted aesthetic that rings true to its name.  Deep earth and grape notes are the foundation of the aroma. A muddled creamy, chemical fuel dances with earth and fruit in this dense, flavorful smoke. Not only did Sonny Bono narrate the Anti-Cannabis propaganda film ‘Marijuana’ he also died in a skiing accident after hitting a tree. The irony is not lost on us, and Eminem’s reference to this in his year 2000 release ‘Who Knew’ from Marshall Mathers LP feels relevant still. ’Cause when I smoke out, I hit the trees harder than Sonny Bono’ - Eminem.  Expect flavors to range from earthy to chem/skunk. An extremely loud and colorful hybrid, i’ve really been waiting to throw this Snowball in the mix.

The Starkush is that classic chem skunk weed that touches your palate and warms your ears. A strong stone that will work your facial muscles from smiling, creating a feeling I call concrete cheeks. That fuel mouth coat will remind you of her hours after smoking and that is what great weed is about. She’s easy to grow, tests well and will eat if you feed her. Not candy, not fruit, this is that timeless gas and a true star at that. A few of these are sold out but most are still available, so don’t sleep!
