Butterwolf

Butterwolf (Swamp Thing x Peanut Butter Breath) at 8 weeks grown in living soil.

The nutty, buttery funk that is Peanut Butter Breath blended into the coat of a true apex predator, Swamp Thing. Swamp Thing is one of those strains you may have written home about when you first came across her. I nearly ran out of stamps in a string of letters during week 5 of the original pheno hunt. Deep halitosis rot with a sweet strawberry finish. As if you poured gas on your shoes while on your way to the dentist, received a full deep cleaning followed by a strawberry fluoride treatment. Crossed to the Peanut Butter Breath, the Butterwolf retained most things Swamp Thing. Bulbous flowers with huge swollen calyxes, a curvaceous form that draws your interest on a potentially instinctual level. The leaves fade from green to a rich purple, with the flower remaining mostly green. All the gas and earth of OG kush, with a sweeter and more palatable back end. Soft strawberry and very slight grape notes on an otherwise foul, fuel-earth body. Our cut is the outlier, twice the height and stretch of all her sisters, but her flower has such a distinctive look and taste, she could not be denied. She resembles Triangle Kush in both structure and aroma but daintily dressed in pinks and purples. Her icharus like behavior, affinity to flight and otherworldly qualities led to our cut being dubbed the ‘Bob Lazar’ cut. But don’t be fooled, her cult like following is rightly earned, and brought back to earth through the hand of the gardener..

This is my favorite cross to date. The plant finishes in 8 weeks and hardly needs to be trimmed. I included a shot below where I pulled the fans off after a two week dry hang, she looks remarkable. I released a limited number of packs and many were given to friends and family. If you are still sitting on this pack, this is your call to pop em!
